optizmo question

Guys, can anyone help me out here regarding optizmo opt-out email link? I have a guy asked me to upload my mailing list in optizmo and after doing that we had a Un-subscribe link generated and we have Claensed file. Now my question is they asked us to add that un-subscribe link in our email campaign and asked us to use the below parameters.

"Recommended URL parameters
&email= Used for one click Opt-Outs (unsubscribes)."

I am really not aware of that optizmo. can anyone help me out how to add that parameter "&email="
