Option to Change Black Hat World Colors

I love BHW but I get very dizzy because of the background color and the yellow. Is there an option for me to change the background color and text color? I hate these color. I want an option to make them a bright color with dark font. Is there a way that I can do this?

On the bottom footer bar there is an option to change the skin. It should be set to Black And Gold vB4 right now, just changed it to the other one, it is grey and blue..i think.
