Opting for Social vs Organic Traffic

I have this blog in the fitness niche, nothing big, gets about 30 solid organic visits per day (havent written anything new since August last year lol)

Im thinking about steering the whole thing in a different direction, making it more flashy like BuzzFeed ("Dont eat food X or you get Y", "This food will prevent cancer", etc.)

I know this will probably be bad for organic traffic, but then again the fitness niche is uber competitive. What do you guys think? Should i just opt for Social Traffic and buzzing instead?

Keep your website as it is and keep adding to it from time to time. And use social media to drive traffic.

If you'll mess with article titles take care on main keywords. If this will cause URL changes, be sure to add 301 redirections.

It would be best to create couple of Social media promotion sets for each post (use mentioned title ideas) and start with promotion..
