    Hi everyone!
I'm new at clickbank and I'm taking action after much reading. :)

I just want to ask you guys in your experience, what's a better way to promote using an opt-in list:

To put the opt in page in the front page...

    ...or...

...To put it in a separate page and put the latest posts (ala blog) in the front page?

Thanks in advance and any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Are you talking about the front page as your landing page? Lots of vendors put their opt-in sign up box on their landing page to start collecting e-mails.

But if you are talking about putting your opt in page on your home page of your blog that is definitely a good idea. You can get really high sign up rates if you offer something free to your visitors to encourage them to sign up. A quick little "how-to guide" or a "top-10 list" or something like that is sufficient.

Or you can make a squeeze page and drive traffic to that squeeze page. A squeeze page can get opt-in rates of up to 50% or higher depending on the niche and what you are offereing as a give-away and how your squeeze page is designed.

Either way make sure you do your research and just take a look at what your competitors are doing for their sign-ups. Emulate their success and experiment to try to get higher sign up rates than your competitors. You are on the right track-collecting e-mails is a highly successful way for promoting products.

Good luck, I hope this helps!!

I'm actually wondering which is better, to put the opt in in the landing page or a separate page since my landing page will display the 5 latest blog posts. Again thanks for the previous reply :)
