Optimize Youtube to Fullest Potential?

Hey guys,
So I did a search, but I can't seem to find the answers. If it's already been answered thousands of times, could you point me in the right direction?

But anyway, I know the basics of Youtube Optimization (tags/file name/thumbnails/etc) but are there any little tweaks y'all know about that I may be missing? Some smaller, relatively unknown youtube optimization techniques?

Thanks!
