Hello everyone,

I wanted to share with you all a recent lifestyle change that has really helped me optimize my mind and body to perform at its peak potential. I've always been interested in health and fitness, but recently I decided to take it to the next level and really prioritize it in my daily routine.

One of the biggest things I've done is schedule literally everything on my calendar. I wake up at the same time every day, work out at the same time, eat at the same time, and schedule all of my meetings and leisure time. It may seem a bit extreme, but it has really helped me stay accountable and make sure that I am making the most of my time. I've also implemented TickTick to manage tasks I need to complete.

I also invested in a WHOOP, which is a wearable device that tracks my sleep, stress, and strain. This has been incredibly helpful in understanding how my body is performing and when I need to take a break or push a little harder in my workouts. It's also great for tracking my progress over time and seeing how I am improving.

Finally, I purchased a smart water bottle that tracks how much water I am drinking and reminds me to drink more if I forget. This has been really helpful in ensuring that I am properly hydrated throughout the day.

All of these tools have helped me optimize my mind and body for peak performance, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to take their health and fitness to the next level. It may seem like a lot of work, but the benefits are definitely worth it. I feel more energized, focused, and productive than ever before, and I know that it's all thanks to these small but powerful changes.

I have been able to grow my business significantly by optimizing my mind, body, and time. By prioritizing regular exercise, healthy eating habits, and adequate rest, I have increased my energy levels and reduced stress, allowing me to approach my work with greater clarity and focus.

Additionally, by practicing mindfulness and meditation, I have been able to maintain a positive outlook even during challenging situations, which has translated into greater success in closing deals and expanding my network. By setting clear priorities and using technology to increase my efficiency, I have been able to consistently perform at a high level and achieve my goals. Overall, optimizing my well-being and time management has been instrumental in my ability to grow my business and achieve greater success.

I've made more money in the past 3 months than I have my whole life in IM.

I hope this inspires some of you to take care of your mind, body, and time! Get out there and get it done!

Great, but doesn't think it will work for everyone.
For example, I sleep at 8 pm and up at 3 am.

Great to hear about your lifestyle change! Scheduling everything can be a powerful tool for accountability and productivity.

I agree with everything you said here but for me personally, scheduling every part of my day on a calendar just doesn't work for me. I prefer to have a to-do list of things I want to complete today, this week, this month. That way I can still work whenever I want but I know the exact things I need to get done.

Glad you found a system that works for you! When you have a good system in place it's really a game changer.

This is a must, not something that people should think about before applying. Structuring your day gives a sense of control to your life, and it helps with getting this done with proper time management and organisation.

Impressive that you could stick to this, but me this calender is stressing me haha, i like to have some control over my day and not entirely stick to every 2cm of the planning. to-do lists works good for me and leave you free imo

I am similar in that I put everything in my diary as well; both personal and business and this helps me to relax rather than all of the stuff I need to do being constantly on my mind.

Might try this out this sounds dope. Don't forget the soul part. add some meditating, visualizing, or prayer during your wind down

Yeah I feel that!

I read a book called atomic habits recently. All I'm trying to do it become 1% better.

1% better each day for one year, you'll end up 37 times better by the time you're done

Definitely it's made a huge impact on my life.

To-do lists are great as well. I've been using tick-tick for lists.

Plus I use their focus timing to do work in 25 minute blocks.

This is a must, not something that people should think about before applying. Structuring your day gives a sense of control to your life, and it helps with getting this done with proper time management and organisation.
100% agree!!

Control and Structure and building good habits are huge!

I get that... not for everyone I just like having it on paper because if its there and I don't do it its not because I didn't have time its because i didn't want to or i was too lazy to.

I love this, you have to optimize the body for the mind to perform to the best of it's ability which results in the highest success.
Big time!

I am similar in that I put everything in my diary as well; both personal and business and this helps me to relax rather than all of the stuff I need to do being constantly on my mind.
Beautiful! Keep up the good work.
