Optimize the process of manually translating articles

I'm on my way to expand with a bunch of new sites where I will post articles translated from English into my native language. Since I'm fluent in English (not in writing) it will a piece of cake but I'm looking for information on how to optimize the process.

This is my current process:
1) Search through Ezine for articles mentioning my niche by using "site:ezinearticles.com keyword" in Google.
2) Open Word.
3) Read a sentence in the article, jump back to Word and write the translation.

I personally believe it's possible to optimize this by (1) getting a new method to find related articles and (2) find a software where you can paste the article from your clipboard and then translate sentence after sentence without having to save the English article on your computer as a textfile.

I'm basically looking for a software in which I can paste the article without having to save it to my computer and where it's fairly easy to translate sentence after sentence without having to jump between different windows.
