Optimize adult tube for speed

I was just testing my older tube layout in tools.pingdom.com and it doesnt look good.

F0 Compress components with gzip
F0 Use cookie-free domains
F0 Add Expires headers
F16 Make fewer HTTP requests
F34 Configure entity tags (ETags)
F40 Reduce DNS lookups

so I am looking for someone to optimize the template code, to make it load faster
