Hi there everyone, first time posting after spending a lot of time wondering around the forum :)

I've started using FL about a week n a half ago as I used to manually follow/unfollow, but started finding it hard to fit time in to do it at work. At the moment my settings get from 80 up to 196 follow backs, the account I do it on is my personal IG with currently 7.2k followers, mainly in the fitness/lifestyle niche.

I have no trouble getting followers, I'm happy with 1-200 daily, however my current engagement is around 3-5%, I try to post quality pics once daily (can be every second day due to lack of content :() . My FL settings are as follows

    Automation Interval: 30-35seconds
    Scrape User Limit: 60
    Scrape Only Top Result
Ignore Users With No Profile Picture
Follow Users Who Liked 6 different profiles in the fitness/lifestyle niche
    Follow Limit: 10-15
    Faily Follow Limit: 700-1000
    Delay Follow: 21-27seconds
Follow Users who have: 0-2000 followers

    Scrape Photo Limit 20
    Scrape Only Top Result
2 Hashtags in the fitness/lifestyle niche
    Like Limit: 10-15
    Daily Like Limit: 1000-1200
    Delay like 16-23seconds
    Like Photos with only 0-150likes

Any opinions on settings or habits to change to boost my engagement? All feedback is appreciated :)

My engagement is about 1% and im pretty sure its because i used fl. I'd use much lower settings like 200-300 follows a day if i could go back in time.

Perhaps try posting 2 quality pictures a day and see how the engagement is. If its a personal fitness, it might be harder to "wow" people rather reposting a famous IG fit who has an amazing physique
