Optimise True-Views ads?

I've noticed in Adsense there's an option for choosing what niche of ads will or will not play on your video as a True-View ad.

considering one view of true view equals one adsense click, and that the value of these adsense clicks varies from a niche to another, is there a better set of adsense settings that could maximize one's revenues? (such as disabling political ads, that pay 0.01 on average)

yes, in the area where you can block advertisers from displaying ads, by category

Anyone figure out what ad categories should be disabled for maximum revenue?

I don't think that goes over for Adsense for Content. I do believe that its there for websites only. Also, that is there to prevent for example a gold selling website to have ads for another gold selling website.
