I'm currently running two Instagram accounts with Massplanner (not affiliated with them) , and I was wondering what would be the best settings to get the most out of my accounts without getting the ban hammer. Both of the accounts are 3 months old, and I ran the accounts manually up until 2 weeks ago when I purchased Massplanner. Both accounts are created with my home IP. I don't follow and unfollow at the same time.

My current settings for Auto-Follow are:
30-40 mins between each operation
Follow 30-40 people per operation
Maximum of 500 people followed per day
In the link to the post above I saw someone was following 1,000-1,500 people per day for four days. Then unfollowed 3,000 per day for two days. Then on the seventh day didn't run the bot at all. Would I be safe with these settings? Or will it be too aggressive? If so, what do you think would be optimal for my accounts being three months old?
