Anyone here got any templates, of optimal layout.

I am looking for a site structure that has a reputation for higher conversion rates. I am getting stuck mentally, trying to visualize how I want my website layout to be, what promotional content, and call to action stuff I can add to the site, without it been overly promotional, if that makes sense ?

Look to the top performing sites in your vertical as examples. Also think about how you're going to drive traffic. If you're using paid media then you'll want a number of landing pages related to the ad that sent the visitor to your page. Tools like semrush can give you a snap shot of the activity of your competition. Take a look at the ads they're running and the landing pages they're using and model what's already working for them. And test, test, test.

Hi buddy!
You can use the them of site according to the content of the site. It must have a logo on the upper side of the site. If there will be a chatroom that will look precious and good for site.

It all depends on the content you are going to place there. I would emphasize on usability aspects. The web site should be both: attractive and easier to use (browse info). Perhaps I could suggest you a good template. PM me if interested.
