I don't think there's a number, you just link as needed.
If you absolutely want to know an estimate then aim for 1 link per 400-500 words, that should keep it safe. Just don't do 1 link / 400 or 500 words like clockwork, as this could create patterns that google can easily detect and might penalize. Throw an extra 1-2 links every now and then into those 400-500 words...

I usually keep it around 80–100 max on long pages helps crawlability without making it look spammy.

No magic number tbh, just keep it natural. Around 50–100 internal links max if it’s a big page. Focus on relevance and crawl depth, not spamming every keyword

I thoughts thers is no specific number of internal links needed. If your content genuinely requires several internal links per page, please go ahead. But keep one thing in mind internal linking should never irritate your users

I would say that 2 to 5 internal links every 500 words is a good goal. This is plenty to help search engines and users find their way around your site without making the page look cluttered. Make sure to link to relevant, high-value pages in a way that feels natural in the text. When optimizing for crawlability, quality and context are always more important than quantity.

Even aound 7 internal links per page is still fine. Just make sure they’re relevant and help users navigate naturally.

It's okay to have a ton of internal links as source, reference, or additional information, but in most cases, you just need a few links to pass link juice. In regular articles, maintain internal links somewhere between 1 link per sentence to 1 link per paragraph.

There is no exact figure, however, to be in compliance with search engine standards. A set of internal links which are coherent, pertinent, and contribute to the user moving further into the website are accepted as good practice. The search engine does not punish for having a lot of links if they are sensible.
