Optimal Instagram Unfollowing

Hi BHW,

So stupid me completely forgot about the follow limit on IG and I just now realized that I'm quickly approaching it. That being said, what is the optimal to way to unfollow while following? Should I follow then unfollow every other day, or should I follow while unfollowing? If I follow while I unfollow, it's important not to unfollow people I recently followed, right?

I think you shouldn't follow and unfollow at the same time...or even the same day. I usually do unfollows after like 2k follows or so..but you can do the 3 days follow - 1 day unfollow thing, it's completely up to you. Don't forget resting days though. What are your limits btw?

I'm sitting at 700 with a couple accounts, and 450 with the rest. More testing needs to be done.
 
you can follow and unfollow on same day. doing it with many accounts. morning i unfollow, afternoon and evenING i follow.

What kind of settings are you running right now, and how old are your accounts?
 
i have a bot that unfollowed all in one click . my question is what are the limits i posted a thread on here but have yet to get a answer
 
After you reach the follow limit let the account rest for a day, then:
Daily unfollow people 10-30
Unfollow limit 5-10
Delay unfollow 50-70

Increase the unfollowing daily and no more than a 40 increase.
 
Dont unfollow more than 200 accounts an hour to be safe
 
I have many accounts that follow/unfollow same day. Old accounts, no problem after 1 year.

For those of you that stop, and unfollow only; or those of you that wait until 2K or 7.5K to start unfollowing, what is the average follow back that you get?
 
I follow/unfollow on the same day and one after the other. Nothing has happened to me for over a year.

I actually do this because the accounts are pretty new, and try to keep it on the safest side because I'm not looking for a churn n burn but rather a long-term thing. Around 32-35% followback.
