Opt-in With Blogger??

I just started promoting this pretty sweet offer on Clickbank
and the product owner is pretty helpful with marketing tools.
One of the things that they offer is an e-book to use as an incentive.
I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to make visitors input their
email before they can get the free e-book? I'm using a free
Blogger account if that matters.
