Opt-in site, need feedback

Hey i have been working on this design and would like to know if you guys think it could convert into a decent list or not.

I know the spelling is very bad, but will be fixed.

this is only the design without the opt-in box, but i think you know where its gonna be.

Try to make the following simple changes for better results.
1)Change the background color of the text to white.
2)If your target audience is over 30 try to increase the luminosity contrast ratio between background and text. The code of the color you are using for the headline is "FF0D03". Change it to something like "BE0002".
3)It?s more powerful to start your headline with?Increase your winning from sports betting for free?.
4)In your testimonials try (if you can) to show faces of real people. Try not to use stock photos.
5)In your first testimonials I read "? none of them have helped me the way this one have". Write more precisely how your book helped them.
6)Start your second testimonial with "Turned my negative account upside down?".
I hope these little advices will help you to increase your e-mail list.

I whole design is dull enough with ash or grey color and some blue color, both are not pleasant enough.

Your Betcrusher and tichmark thing also not looking good, its too simple. You some simpler 3d effects or gradations of colors which will fit.

1st para always important, try to immerse Keyword in a clever way, not some other talk.

Make background white as suggested by bill27
