Sounds as if what you want is a pay per click campaign, or something similar.

The problem with PPC is that we are trying to muscle in on a very competitive keyword which is dominated by a few multi million pound organisations. We can't really afford to keep up with them. But if you have experience with PPC, and you'd be willing to help us out, I'd love to send some commission your way
