OK, so I have a client who is a professional gambler. He has a method which he uses that banks him tons of cash all over the world in casinos playing Baccarat. Right now I am advertising his training course on a commission basis, which does in person or remotely, and the cost is $2,500. My advertising brings him about 3-6 sold per month, and he really doesn't want to do more than that because it is time consuming.

What I am trying to convince him to do is create a video course with his method, and sell it at $247. The reason for this is because we could automate the process, and he doesn't have to spend the time training each individual, which I think limits the amount of money he can make. I mean right now I am driving around 3K uniques to his website per day, so obviously the conversions are very, very low, and if we lower the price point he could be easily making $2,500 or more per day.

My question to you guys is...if we make it a training course, should we just have our own affiliate program (I have this with my other business) or should we make it a Clickbank product? Which route would you guys take?

Thanks in advance for the suggestions.

that's like 10X less the price!
$250 is still huge price, but It's easier to get ONE for 2,5k then 10X 250 - TRUST ME it is so!

Don't go for clickbank, sell it directly or using your own aff script - you dont want to pay fees to CB!

Ya, but with 3K traffic a day you have to figure even at .5% conversion rates that is 15 sales per day. We are only selling 3-6 per month right now. We could easily make 10 sales a day I think, and the volume will far surpass what we are doing per month.

Always better to do it yourself, gives a more professional approach in my opinion, affiliate scripts are not that much.

I'd atleast double the price. Then use creative marketing to make the people think they are getting their very own customized video from him. Also sell it yourself. Keep all the money...

...plus, when you place a product on Clickbank, it sort of "cheapens" the value of the product. Sort of like selling Rolex watches at Wal-Mart.

Yeh, and out of the 10 products you sell on clickbank at least 5 will end up getting a no questions asked refund.
