Opinions on this keyword competition

I started off using traffic travis to research and mainly just listened to their advice on comp while also checking them manually. The last keyword I found doing that went quite well but I am now learning how much I can do with Market Samurai. The main thing I still have trouble with is decoding competition levels with it. Traffic Travis says this keyword is relatively easy and here is the market samurai screenshot. Any thoughts would be awesome, if its a go I am ready to buy the emd.org right now.
