3rd year using them now. Been using Imunify360 as well, I haven't bumped into any issues yet. They work the way they should. License Yard is the best provider.

Avoid nulled cPanel or cracked.
Go directly with DirectAdmin. Have nice features and is mostly the same of cPanel.

I've come across similar deals too, but I'm always a bit cautious when something sound that cheap. But I've actually tested a few of those shared cPanel licences in the past. They work usually work fine at the start, but stability is hit or miss — especially once too many users get added to the same WHM.

If you’re hosting multiple websites, CPU usage may increase. However, I’ve used over 15 shared license providers, and I’ve never switched from the one I’ve been with since mid-2021 because of their excellent service and support. I’ve never faced any license-related issues, except twice when they experienced massive DDoS attacks that temporarily disrupted automated license renewals. Other than that, everything has been running smoothly.
