Hi there!

I've been reading stuff on Dogecoin and it seems to be an interesting project, even if it started as a joke.
I'm thinking to invest some money in it and I'd like to see some opinions(growing potential, etc...) before doing it. Preferable from experienced users.

Regards, kderow

There's strong community behind it, but apart from it, what's so interesting in DOGE?

Honestly, I don't know. I just heard it will grow and seen It's a old coin. I'm pretty new in the crypto industry and looking for some coins to invest. If you have some recommendations, I'll be glad to hear it from you.

First thing is first don't take advice from people like me or Nilk. No offense to Nilk but a user who joined yesterday with a handful of posts is potentially not someone you should be taking recommendations from. If you are new to crypto you may want to think about where you are getting your info from. I wish you lots of luck if you do decide to take part.

it's meant mainly for tipping, don't really see a long-term potential or excitement for this. Had it for the last 5 years

You're better off investing in other coins. Dogecoin is pretty much a meme coin lol

I've seen payment processors enable smaller alt-coins as accepted forms of allowed currency, which means alternatives are being brought into other cryptocurrency economies increasing influence capacity.

Dogecoin has been known to not only offer diverse regions with ways to connect, but multiply the value of anything using it. My wallet has a bit of Dogecoin from web services and i'm waiting on investment communities to open up outside BTC.

Dogecoin and it's price has been seen to increase by staggering amounts, although now hitting new highs. This currency also has it's populated supply coming every year to further establish miners. This is a unique patent.

I'm a personal fan and believe in Doge, there's many reasons to love this special crop.

Dogecoin has been abandoned. Check out its git hub account, nothing done in 3 years.

You can follow dogecoin developers in twitter. Last time I heard, they are developing a DOGE/ETH bridge.

The coin is not dead. The developer team is doing some updates now.

Though don't just take my words about it. Do some more research and also, you can ask the developers yourself if you have some questions. One thing I am sure though, doge has a lot of support from the community.
