Opinion on my new wordpress sites?

I have so far build these 2 sites, using articles from already existing directories. I am not sure if I will keep doing this and make lets say 100 of these I can build any good backlink base. Does it worth my time? It is purposeless?

PS let me know if there is something I can improve in quality etc! Please help a noob!

dont waste your time on these crapy sites . its complete waste of time
 
I try to build backlinks for other sites and I suppose if I create 100 or these and backlink other websites I will increase my rank on google?
 
The sites you are building have no authority, they probably won't rank because of duplicate content and have no social activity going on so it is likely a waste of time. If you are trying to build your own network then search the forum as there are posts covering the basics of setting one up.

No, I found a unique content generator. What people don't answer me is if its penalized by google or even detected.

EDIT: Point being is that I try to build a private network of website which can allow me to backlink like mad.
I thought wordpress.com would be a good tier one like I read in one of those guides and make many of them like 100.
U now say it wont work and I don't doubt coz I don't see how people will visit me.
