Opera Mobile Store, anyone take them up?

I have a dev account on PLAY with a number of apps that has been running hands-free for around a year now. By hands-free I mean I uploaded all the apps within a couple of weeks a year ago, and have done NOTHING since, have just let them sit there and work away for me. No promos, no backlinks, no SEO done originally, zip, nothing, nada...

Anyways, a few days ago I get an email from someone at the Opera Mobile Store, saying they will put my apps on their store for me. Since they are free apps, they will do everything (set me up with a dev account, copy and move the apps and, I assume, the descriptions). Of course, more traffic to these apps would mean more income, as they are ads-based.

My question is, anyone else got this email and said yes to it? Has anyone seen their move completed and got their account access details?
To any who can answer "Yes", would you mind letting us know how it's worked out for you so far? Have you seen extra traffic? A revenue increase on your ads?

I've received that email before and from my experience, google play is the only app store that gets traffic. Never bothered with it. Other marketplaces don't get any traffic compared to g-play, not even amazon's app store.

SEO and backlinks do absolutely nothing for ranking either. It's all about downloads, ratings and relevancy.

Definitely genuine email, came straight from Opera, all headers checked.

Furthermore, you don't give them app files at all, they just take them from PLAY, open an account for you as a dev in their store, and upload to your dev account.

No details are requested (Tax ID, your real name, etc) at all for free apps (although I did notice they'd want some of that stuff, and the process would be more involved for you, if you have paid apps).

So, nothing I've had to hand over but, whether or not they get any traffic remains to be seen. On the other hand, I felt it was kind of nice for them to request permission, my apps are on numerous app stores which have simply scraped results from the PLAY store, never bothering to contact me at all...

IMHO any extra traffic is fine by me, even if it's only an extra 5%, that will result in 5% more viewers of my ads and, therefore, 5% more income

Still hoping to hear from someone who may have gone ahead with this, and may have seen results...
