I can't access opera main website no matter which network I use.
However, I can access the website with an US proxy

Did Opera Mass Ban All IP from my country?
Why isn't there any news on this?

Opera blogs are heavily under spam attempts. I suppose your ip range got temp banned because of some proxies.

Just checked and I can't access opera.com as well.
