OpenVCC???

I just placed an order with them, send them the money and has been 2 days and the order is still pending... like wtf is wrong with this service.

one order took 1 day,my next order took 6 days..
he replied to my msg after 2 wks,i managed to buy off him using paypal,i think hes Vietnamese from name,not very friendly,website to actual person is very false..cheapest online but,in my opinion not worth it
