Opening offshore bank account

HI there everyone, does anyone here knows in which of the listed country below is easiest to open a bank account if i'm a non resident ?

denmark,Australia,Canada,Denmark,Finland,Ireland,Norway,Sweden,United Kingdom,Belgium,France,Germany,Luxembourg,The Netherlands,Spain,Austria,Italy

But i'm interested in netherlands, uk , luxembourg or italy. I can fly over to this countries but the main question is if i'm able to open one as a non resident ?

I have a business incorporated in UK and will be using that to open a corporate account. Any advise ?
