Opening my first Shopify store and Drop shipping

For the past 3 days I've been setting up my first Shopify store. I got a subscription with ali importer for to make life easier as I'll be using Aliexpress. I'm still currently adding as many products as possible between now and the 14th since its Chinese New Year then I'll be opening the store.

Basically I'm looking for some advice on ways to increase traffic to the site. I'll be using Facebook and Twitter as my main social media pages. I'll be starting with worth of mouth around friends and family and they'll probably spread the word. What other methods of promoting would you guys suggest. I was thinking about Facebook ads too, never done that before so would need advice.

If all goes well I have ideas for other stores I'd like to open. Just want to make sure the first one will be a success.

Reading some journeys will help you understand how real traffic you will get from social posting. I suggest that if you do make any money from this, go venture into price drops and reselling, then into volume discount buying.
