Opening Ecommerce Site,do you recommend SHOPIFY?

I am trying to setup a magneto site for my local business,can anyone share tips or share some tutorials or sites that can help me understand how magneto works?

It does not matter a lot what you choose, all that matters is how you integrate it, or can you integrate it. If not you can hire people for the work. eCommerce although after all these open source scripts and software needs money to build a good platform to sell over Internet. Interspire is also the way although it has shifted to Bigcommerce but yet some affiliates are providing the script, with all the integration you require. Therefore the best eCommerce Solution is what suits you...

There's Omagento also.. similar to shopify, but built on the Magento platform. I heard a reverse migration back to Magento should not be very difficult.

I use freewebstore.org, You can do everything you need in terms of onsite SEO. Can customise it quite well also. Very cheap aswell.

I've been using Shopify for about two years now, isn't that good for SEO purposes but overall is pretty good. I have another online shop with Wix which is fantastic for SEO and is very cheap at $16 a month.... Highly recommended.
