To be honest its best to start planning your evacuation with the money you already have and not how to find a bank , because im assumming you are in baghdad and it is just matter of time before isil attacks the city

I am not in Baghdad and irregardless of what happens, I am here and have a role and a duty to fulfill that I cannot and will not just up and leave on.
That is why the security of my money is so important, if something happens to me then those I care about need to be able to access it rather than ISIS using it to cause murder.
