Opening a payoneer account with a CPA network

I have a question about Payoneer account.
I've applied on a CPA network and fortunately my application has been approved. I set my payment option as Payoneer since I'm not from US and am not a US citizen, CPA network advised me to open an account with Payoneer or Paxum.
I do not have any previous experience in working with Payoneer and found out that this process should be follow up with CPA network.
Now I wanted to know if anybody have similar experience in opening a Payoneer account from a CPA network?
1- What is the process of opening a payoneer account from a CPA network?
2- How long does it take? (They said that when I reach the minimum payout, I can contact with Payoneer to continue the process of opening my account...) .
3- If I need to provide any documents to Payoneer?
4- Do I need to have a local bank's account to be able to open an account in Payoneer?
5- Will I be able to request a Payoneer prepaid card after opening a account with payoneer if my application sends from a CPA network?
6- Will be stay my payoneer's account active and can I use it if I end my cooperation with that CPA network?

I also would love to hear your similar experience or if you can give me any tips on this way.

You should be able to do it all with payoneer. Not sure why the CPA network would be part of it other than accepting your account. You should call payoneer

you just sign up for payoneer, should work in every country.
they ask you for the number of a government issued passport, id or something like that (only for the number of one).

then they will send you a debit card which is connected to a US bank account, which they also provide (it is usable, costs 3% of all incoming money).

I just did that some days ago, two times, without problem.

May I ask where are you from?
So a government issued passport was the only thing that you've provided, right?

And do you know why my opening account's request for Payoneer should be send from that CPA network not by myself?

1- What is the process of opening a Payoneer account from a CPA network?
With most networks, if they have Payoneer as a payment option, you can initiate the process from there, you just need to switch your payout option to Payoneer and follow the steps. However if you don't find that option, you can still apply for an account via Fiverr for instance, maybe that's the easiest.

2- How long does the process take?
After they reviewed your application, which can take a few business days, they issue the card (1-2 days), then they ship it to you, non-expedited shipping can take weeks for some countries, the card is shipped from NYC. You'll able to see an estimate in you account, after your card has been issued. I just re-newed my card and i got it well before the estimated time (US->EU)

3- Do I need to provide any documents to Payoneer?
If i'm not mistaken, you'll be required to provide a government issued id or passport. I'm unsure about this bit, i signed up in 2008, so maybe this is changed since then, i needed to provide a copy of my passport back then. You can check this in their faq i guess or if you start the process, you'll see it anyway.

4- Do I need to have a local bank account to be able to open an account with Payoneer?
No, it's not necessary, but if you have one, you can link it to your account, so you can make withdrawals.

5- Will I be able to request a Payoneer prepaid card after opening an account with Payoneer, if i send my application from a CPA network?
Yes.

6- Will my Payoneer account stay active and can I continue using it, if I end my cooperation with that CPA network?
Yes, and you can link your Payoneer account with as many CPA networks or any other Payoneer partners as you wish.

i applied at payoneer but. is there a fee after you received the card on that day being delivered? im from philippines

they only ask for the NUMBER of the passport OR ID OR driver license and so on. Could be they require further verification once you got money inside I dont know yet.

I am originally from a european "first world" country, but in the moment I am in latinamerica. It did not cause any problems to use my latinamerican IP together with my european details (name address, passport etc) as well as singing up a friend of mine from the same internet (he is from the latinamerican country I am in at the moment).
Both cards are now sent out and on their way.

Payoneer is kind of famous for that and, as far as I know, used by many "shady" businesses for that reason.

But the best is me and my friend can now make deals with US companies (lke amazon.com) as we have a US bank account! Which is usually IMPOSSIBLE to get for a colombian, bolivian, cuban etc !

Payoneer gonna rip you off. That happened to me. Here in Bosnia, 1$ is worth 1.71 BAM, but when I use Payoneer MasterCard to withdraw cash from Payoneer acc I get about 1.50 BAM for $1. If you have any other options, try to avoid Payoneer.
