Opening A International Bank account

hello dear all, I need a International bank account to Receive and send Funds to My client & seller, I live In bangladesh, Now I have using A Us bank account attach with my payoneer Card , but I cant access My Account Directly & i cant send funds to my seller. So i need a International Bank account emergency , please help me .
