Opening a chargeback experience

Hi guys

After been scammed buying a website, i opened a paypal dipute and i lost because intangible goods are not protected by paypal buyer protection, so now im gonna use my last option, im gonna open a chargeback but i need a little bit of help, its my first time using it and what should i say?

you will win..what's going to happen is paypal will have to prove you obtained the goods to the bank and they will not be able to do that because that would mean they need to contact the seller and have back and fourth communication with the seller which in my experience they have never done...so paypal will just let it go and the money will be taken from paypal and paypal will in turn remove the money from the person who sold u the website paypal account.

When people try to scam me that's my first option i never use paypal dispute system
 
you'll be fine
just call them and tell them vaguely what happened (got scammed buying a site) - they are helpful and work with lots of people who have no clue what to do
99% chance you'll get it back
 
True. But it upsets paypal and they may limit your account meantime. OK to do as you have the right, but don't do this too often if you value your PP account.....

In some cases paypal will limit your account but its only because they wanna make sure your the person who filed the chargeback, but I will agree don't do this unless you really need to get your money back.
 
That is a good poiny guys, my paypal its not just a personal account i use it for business, lets say its my main account, and because i lost the paypal disoute with this order i think i have high chances of get limited or charged with the chargeback amount but what would you do guys?? this guy is enjoying my money i can live with that, do any body know is thwy will limit his account even if he doesnt have money???
 
Open a chargeback - send as much of your communications history to demonstratethe contract and terms then the other party will need to demonstrate that the terms were delivered upon.
 
If you setup payment via bank transfer you more than likely can't dispute with your bank or paypal, but if you used MC or Visa you should be able to charge-back using your bank.
 
Worth a shot if it is a big sum or else if it is a small sum then don't take the chances of getting your own pp terminated because I heard paypal gets pissed when you try to bypass their dispute resolution.
