Opening a call centre in Kuwait

Hello,

I am Canadian who at this moment lives in Kuwait and work there. I am looking to open a call centre in Kuwait.

Who should I contact or look for to become their call center agency.

Please let me know as I am willing to start and hire English speakers from India, Philippines, Pakistan and more.

Hi mate, if you want a call center business, you should REALLY think about working mainly with PH workers. Their english is the best in Asia.

And really better to open it in Cebu, philippines.

You will find there plenty of already formed call center worker with a really good english. Cebu is the world center for US Call center.

In Kuwait, they will also need a work permit...

PS: I am not filipino, I am Belgian and I had the idea some years ago, I made a small market study and visited Cebu...

I have some people I know in Kuwait who can provide the work visa but I will definitely look at what you suggested for me.

The information I mostly need at this moment is who can I contact to become their call center agency , or where can I find companies who's looking to outsource .

You also need to check how you will work...will you provide only "first tier help" or for more complexe question ? Which software you will use to track enquiries etc...

For companies, you can first try with business directories and contact them.

And the last solution...you wait to launch your call center and you make them call companies....

I may just be connecting the dots here.. but you're in the middle east and you're from Canada. My suggestion would be to hire Moroccan / Algerian / Libyan agents in order to benefit the French and English fluency + low wages.

Offer your service to Canadian, American and British startups / small businesses. My suggestion would be to offer shared agents and bill your clients per minute or flat rate monthly fee that includes a set amount of air time. This way one agent can handle up to 5 different customers.

You could offer upgrades to your clients and offer email reception and live chat or appointment scheduling / tech support.

This would work especially well with handymen as they have trouble getting around to calls and finishing jobs.

Also, to answer where do you find the clients: by targeting them! Find out who you want to offer the service to (for example plumbers in Ottawa, Toronto and Montreal) and then do a google search to find the list of potential clients in that trade and reach out to them!
