Greetings BHW,
I am building a new e-commerce website based upon the OpenCart platform. What I need is a designer who can first create a mockup of the overall design and then work on the design itself. Access to the file system will be provided to ease the task of modifying CSS and managing image files, for example.
The website itself will be concerned with the selling of modern ladies' apparel and accessories. I will provide designers up for the job with photos of models featuring the clothing items. The designer is expected to present a mockup and then take up the design work itself with feedback on my end.
