i beleive it's a simple website based on this :

it's an address that allows you to search any keyword on facebook.

shows user id, links etc...

please correct me if i am wrong.

im not good with php but is there a way to scrape the user id's from the results and send them a fan page suggestion or to just add them as your friend? I think this could be extremely powerful for targeting niche consumers.
