They made a status page https://status.openai.com/
Looks like they had some internal problem so ChatGPT and API both went down for a while

Yes, but for a moment it's like a heartbreaking situation for everyone and it's the 1st time they broke. Don't think the 2nd run is similar to now we could take it easy.

It was a technical rollout upgradation. They've changed the url's and many functions.
