Open smartlinks as popunders

Hi, I hope I'm asking in the right place... I'd like to know how to open a smarlink as a popbender every time a visitor clicks anywhere on my page it shows them the smartlink as a popbender, anyone know how to do it?

wouldn’t recommend doing it on every click tbh
users hate aggressive popunders and bounce rate usually goes crazy after that =)
