Open Redirect on 3rd Party Sites?

There was the ability to set up open redirects on third party sites where you could put in the code that equated to something like an url=https://www.xxxxxx.com and then it would re-direct to the url you put on there.

Some sites fixed this but I believe there are still examples out there. Let me know if you recall this.
 
Yep I remember, there are still many that do but I don't believe they work for SEO anymore. Or at least as well.
 
Yea. Its not for SEO I want it but for a wikipedia redirect link that i dont want the URL in there but they block URL shortners. Do you remember what the code was or what it's called? My memory isnt serving me at the moment.
 
I know there's a Google one knocking around still. Saw it a few months back.

Buy a $1 domain, plenty of offers, depends on what TLD you want. Host it on your server or another hosting, cheap one, plenty of offers too, and with a 3-4 lines of PHP code you can have your redirect done. If you need the code, I'll post it here for you. Let me know.
