I have a plimus account but recently due to a 2.5% chargeback ratio due to a stupid scammer that bought A LOT from me plimus is going to let me use moneybookers only, yea its a crap i kno so i was interested to open a new plimus account but i believe i opened mine 2 years ago and they didnt ask for anything, if i open a new account will they ask for any documentation now?
