Open multiple FB account with different Paypal and run Advertisement

Hi Guys,

maybe someone can help. Want to advertise in FB and I need someone that can provide several "Fake" Paypal account, fund them with the money I send you and open FB accounts with the paypal accounts. I will use them for advertisement and I need always free paypal accounts to expand activities. If you know how to advertise blackhat in FB also very good. Only serious people.
