Open Graph for Wordpress doesn't work properly

Hi, whenever I share my wordpress post on Facebook, this is the title:

Disneyland is bankrupt - World News, Video, Breaking News (This is my site identity)

What I want is only displaying the title without the Site Identity on the shared article, can you help me ?

Install yoast and write a unique description for every post or page.
