Open a IPAD AIR

I have an iPad Air 1016 WITH RECEIPT. Apple said that they can unlock it but will wipe everything off. I need to access without wiping or damaging data. Password was changed by someone with malicious intent.

I don't think anyone here can do that. It might not be possible at all to unlock it without removing all data.
