use the device where fb is used before

actually i have never had this happen before. i think you should try logging in on an old device that you usually use or try pressing forgot password to see if it works.

In this case, Facebook asked you to confirm your account when you log in on a new device, just confirm on the old device.
or you can try changing your password to set up 2fa code to make it easier to log in next time

Try logging in on a device where you’ve used Facebook before. If that doesn’t work, try resetting your password or enabling 2FA to re-verify your account. Usually, using the previously logged-in device is enough to unlock it.

If you can verify on the old device, everything will be easy. But if you can't, then there's no way

I’ve seen this issue before. When Meta can’t verify the login, they require you to sign in again from a device you’ve successfully used in the past. If you approve the login from that older device, the new device will usually work afterward. If you no longer have the old device, you can contact support to restore it, but this can take a while.

If the system doesn’t recognize the device or location, it asks you to approve the login from a device you’ve successfully used before.

Have you tried 2FA security? after that the only way to recover this account is by using your old login device.
Wait this issue might be due to the proxy. Switching proxies could also be a solution to escape this bullshit.

This prompt appears when Facebook needs confirmation that the login is really coming from you. If the system can’t match the device or location with your previous activity, it only allows access from a device you’ve successfully logged in with before.

You should follow the instructions above to obtain approval on the old device. If you cannot obtain approval on the old device, try logging in with 2FA authentication.
