Opeing a new Ebay account, need some help

Ok so my ebay account got suspended (for no logical reason) and I want to open a new one
after reading some information here I'm going to do those steps:

1.change my IP
2.create an ebay account with a differrent address, phone nubmer email and all that information.
3.create a new gmail and ask ebay not provide me any emails

But here come the questions, what should I do with the PayPal?
I have my personal PayPal account working fine for something like 3 4 years, of course I need to open a need one with the new IP
and I'm going to provide there a need address an all that, but what should I do with the bank account information?
I need to provide new information about my bank a verfiy the bank, how can I do that?

You mean open a virtual bank like paypal alternative?

He means you need to shop around for a pay as you go bank card
to get veryfied with paypal .

like vba or payoneer

the truth is you need to really phone ebay and sort your problems
out with the first ebay accoount.

what your trying to do is risky as fraud goes.

So if you link an old paypal to an ebay account you can get banned?

Have you tried to link another email address to your paypal account?

make a new paypal that matches ebay account also it does not matter for most banks if name does not match perfectly or at all
