If they got papers for the registered address of business there just get it handed back.
Just claiming don't mean owner.
The whole business is address based with legal registered business address.
You might even get sued if Anythunk altered.

Honestly, I would avoid playing these games with big organizations.
Regardless they would be able to claim their GMB considering that they have all the documents to be able to verify the actual ownership.
Remember that they have lawyers who are eager to sue you.
