Hi guys,

Just thought I'd offer my first "successful" case of onsite SEO. I have an affiliate blog that targets many keywords but one in particular I've recently been ranked #8 for. (44,000 searches a month).

I spent an hour or so going through my other main pages on the site and linked to that page more, of course using the keyword as anchor. This is mixed in with a bit of social activity, mostly manual, a touch of social signals (FB / Twitter).

The result after a week #4 (bearing in mind #1 is the company I'm promoting for affiliate income).

My backlinks profile is non existent, like maybe 1/2 and they don't even target the keyword.

I feel with a decent PBN (in progress, not so white hat), I believe I could drive this to #2.

But, just to help out others, push up those money keywords with better on site SEO and funnel that link juice :D

Gotta thank BHW for this, read it somewhere but it clearly works.

How about your offsite SEO? Since you've already successfully executed onsite SEO you can now start thinking about offpage SEO and maybe rank 1 on your target keywords.

#1 is the site I'm promoting, and as they have a popular referral scheme they have tens of thousands of backlinks. I'll be happy with #2 via a pbn. Then will build nine more sites to get #3 #4 ... #10 :D

i think onsite seo is very important...
totally agreed.
mr OP, thnks for your kind of information

With just very good on site, it's possible to rank in the top 3 for relatively easy keywords. Thanks for the share :-)
