Onlywire not providing backlinks?

I tried onlywire a couple weeks ago for the first time. All of my submissions were successfull except a couple -- but at least 25+ were good. I just checked my site through yahoo explorer and not a single backlink shows up from any of the sites. Is it too early to check, or more likely I messed up somewhere? Doesn't seem like a lot of room for screw up with the service, all went fairly easy, so just wondering why no links. Any ideas?

There could always be the (slight) possibility that your backlinks haven't been crawled by the search engine spiders yet. But most site you submit to with onlywire are crawled often. You could try to ping them to exclude the spider cause.

I am seeing the same thing... made a few submissions with them, got several successful attempts but I don't see my links being crawled by google... I'll wait about a week to see if its even worth using this one....

hmm -- well, confirms what I'm seeing. Can't figure out why though.

weird shit cause I remember that when using SENuke 2 months ago I would see most of my links being indexed in a mater of hours.... or maybe the Google is penalizing social bookmarking sites? I see my links posted in propeller yet they are nowhere to be seen in google, the onlyone that shows up is Digg n thats a no-follow site... agrrr

ahh good to see it's not just me, something must be wrong there end. I was seeing about 15 sites that it said were submitted to now since 28th feb I am only getting 3 sites they submit to .... wondering if I wasted $24?
