Hello and welcome. As was pointed out, you have to have an account that is able to advertise before doing so. It's well worth staying within the rules to get there, at least in my opinion but I might be a little biased. ;-D

My tip for you is to read EVERYTHING. Go to the newbie section, make sure you understand how we operate and always check a section to see if there's additional rules sticked. That's where a lot of folks end up tripping up!
