ONLYFANS SALARY CREATOR – How Do Payouts & Bank Accounts Work?

I’m considering hiring an OnlyFans model on a fixed salary instead of a rev-share model. But I’m trying to figure out the best way to handle payouts and bank accounts.


For those of you running OF management agencies and paying models a salary:

1. Bank Account Setup: Do you have the model create a new bank account that she then gives me full access to?
2. OnlyFans Payouts: Since OF only pays out to the creator’s bank account, how do you structure it to ensure full control over the money?

Would love to hear from others who have set this up successfully. What’s the safest and most efficient way to do it while keeping everything running smoothly?
