But the logic is that you accept to have a cut on your payment because you have traffic it was always like that in a digital world.
Chaturbate takes 50% off the girls because they bring traffic to the site. Streamate take 70%(!!) because they bring traffic to the site.
Google adsense... you touch 50% of the ads because you are on google and people use their plateform and see you, same with youtube...
With onlyfans the logic is flawed because you get absolutely nothing and you are just ripped off your 20% for... ? No reason, your profile is private and not on the homepage or elsewhere. They are just a payment system that takes your 20%, that is it. It's the same as if paypal took 20% from your payment, nothing different.
I think its cuz people know what onlyfans is and they trust it. Similar to Amazon, i think onlyfans convert more thats why these hoes are using it.
Why sellers are on amazon? because you can advertise there and people can search and find your products, you can also advertise on their platform but they don't take 20% off your sale like that with no value added.
OF is genius in marketing that is why they succeeded, they are the new "make rich quick scheme"... but they add nothing to the adult industry that was not there 10 years ago. It's why they are genius but not revolutionary at all.
